1. Initial Call
After an initial discussion with you, we get to understand your objectives, target demographic, leaflet, brochure or catalogue size and format and budget.Â
2. Proposal
Based on our initial call we will create a proposal for you based on the demographic profiling and geographical targeting. Our geo-plan software allows us to find out where your target audience is most likely to live and work and we can target or exclude specific streets, districts and households. We will take into account the size and format of the mailer and lead times and deadlines for distribution. At this stage we will be able to cost and budget. You can specify delivery dates, but Royal Mail require three weeks’ notice to schedule distribution and we will need to allow a week to print and deliver your leaflets to Royal Mail.
3. Design and artwork
Once the proposal is approved, we will book the distribution slots with Royal Mail and take the brief from you for the design of the mail piece. Our design team will create a bespoke leaflet/brochure that ensures you stand out from the crowd.Â
4. Print and supply to Royal Mail’s depot
 On approval of the artwork, we print to the specification and volume agreed. We are experienced in printing, supplying, packing and labelling the items to Royal Mail to their exact specifications and ensure that the leaflets are delivered to the relevant Royal Mail depots by the dates given and, in the format, specified

5. Household Distribution
The mailers are delivered directly to your target audience on the dates agreed.Â
6. Campaign reporting
Once distributed, we use our data to provide detailed insights into the success of your campaign and this will enable you to optimise and fine-tune future leaflet distributions.
